Burns Irina boasts extensive experience in financial management and analysis, currently serving as Accounting Operations Manager at both Project HOPE and Health Affairs since July 2006 and January 2012, respectively. Previously, Burns held the position of Research Analyst at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services for a brief period in 2006. Burns holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Old Dominion University.
