The Project and Program Management team at Health Affairs oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various initiatives aimed at advancing health policy discourse. This team ensures that all projects—from the publication of journal issues to the coordination of events and the development of educational programs—are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the journal’s mission. They also collaborate with other departments to manage resources, mitigate risks, and achieve strategic goals, with a particular focus on fostering health equity through educational programs.
