Brian Smolich

Brian Smolich's work experience includes various roles in the pharmacy field. Brian started their career in 2008 as a Retail Pharmacist at Walgreens, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined Health Alliance Medical Plans as a Commercial Programs Manager, overseeing pharmacy operations and coordinating formulary decisions. Brian was later promoted to Director of Pharmacy and then Vice President of Pharmacy Services. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Pharmacy, Medical UM & Systems at Health Alliance Medical Plans.

Brian Smolich received their Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2004. Brian then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2008.
