Jana Perry

Jana Perry has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Jana started their career as a Claims Processor at Health Alliance Medical Plans in 1986 and gradually progressed to roles such as Claims Examiner, Claims Manager, and eventually Director of Customer Service. Jana also gained extensive experience in managing the eligibility/members department and overseeing the Support Services and Claims Recovery departments. Jana then transitioned into leadership positions, serving as the Director of Medicare and Individual Services before becoming the Vice President of Medicare and Individual Services. Jana also showcased their expertise in sales and marketing as the VP of Sales and Retention. In their most recent role as VP of Strategy and Marketing, they were responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic products to support partnership and growth initiatives. Prior to their tenure at Health Alliance, Jana had a brief stint as a Patient Care Representative at Carle Clinic Association in 1985.
