Kate Murphy

Kate Murphy, MPH, CHES, currently serves as the Strategy and Marketing Manager at Health Alliance, where responsibilities include developing and executing organizational strategies to drive membership growth and enhance member experience. Previously, Kate held the positions of Strategic Products Manager and Project Coordinator, focusing on critical deliverables aligned with organizational strategy. Kate also has experience as a Buyer for Murphy & Co. Kitchen and Home Decor and as an HIV Services Housing Support Specialist at the KCMO Health Department, providing guidance for HIV service programs. Kate’s background includes health education internship at Sangamon County Department of Public Health and counseling for small business clients as a Graduate Assistant Counselor at SIU Small Business Development Center. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Physiology and Political Science from the University of Iowa and a Master of Public Health from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
