Terra Mullins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Terra started their career as a Respiratory Care Practitioner at Provena Covenant Medical Center in 2001, where they worked in different units providing care for patients with breathing disorders. In 2006, they joined Christie Clinic as a Pulmonary Function Specialist, responsible for setting up the clinic's first Pulmonary Function Lab. In 2008, they co-founded Delivery 4 U, LLC, serving as the Chief Executive Officer and revolutionizing the concept of restaurant food delivery. Terra then transitioned to a teaching role at Parkland College in 2013 before joining Health Alliance as the Community Outreach Manager, leading a team of liaisons and working closely with community organizations. Recently, they have been promoted to the role of Director of Community Outreach, where they continue to develop and execute outreach strategies to establish Health Alliance as a trusted resource.

Terra Mullins completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Franklin University MBA program, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in HCA from Franklin University, from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Terra has also obtained certification in "The Science of Sales" from LinkedIn, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
