Cheryl Warren

Cheryl Warren has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Business Configuration Analyst-IS at Health Alliance Plan since March 2000. In this role, Cheryl coordinates with the customer base and Information System departments to identify and implement corporate business needs for application systems, demonstrating expertise in the detailed design and strategic planning of complex applications. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Reconciliation Specialist, ensuring the integrity of Marketing and Enrollment data and resolving issues related to large Employer Groups. Prior to Health Alliance Plan, Cheryl worked as an Enrollment Specialist at Omnicare Inc. from November 1988 to March 2000, focusing on enrollment and finance issues for Employer Groups. Cheryl holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Spring Arbor University, earned between 2005 and 2007, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Health Services from the same institution, completed in 1999.
