Dan Muench has a comprehensive background in IT support and desktop services, with over 20 years of experience across various roles. Since January 2015, Dan has served as a Client Technologies Analyst at Health Alliance Plan. Prior to this position, Dan worked as a Desktop Technician for an IT Contractor, providing on-site IT services, and as an IT Field Services Support Analyst at Vision IT Group, managing software installations and migrations. Dan’s earlier experience includes advanced desktop support roles at HP Enterprise Services and Electronic Data Systems, where significant contributions included the service of thousands of employees and the development of user documentation that improved support efficiency.
