Jessica Belasco MHA is a seasoned management engineer with extensive experience in healthcare administration and operations. Currently serving as Principal Management Engineer in Sales and Marketing at Health Alliance Plan, Jessica oversees multimillion-dollar budgets and leads initiatives to enhance team performance and visibility. Previously, Jessica managed the Medicaid Redetermination initiative and developed marketing strategies for eligible members across Michigan. At Henry Ford Health System, Jessica led the Mobile Integrated Health initiative, ensuring operational success and stakeholder alignment.
