Kara Moore

Kara Moore has extensive work experience in the financial planning and analysis field. Kara is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Health Alliance Plan since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Henry Ford Health System as the Manager of System Budget and Forecasting from July 2017 to January 2020 and as the Lead Financial Consultant from June 2013 to July 2017. Before that, they held various positions at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, St. Joseph Mercy Health System, Center for Senior Independence (Henry Ford Health System), and The Slavik Company. Kara started their career as a General Ledger Accountant at The Fourmidable Group in December 1996. Their roles over the years have included financial analyst, business partner, financial manager, and financial services consultant.

Kara Moore attended Crestwood High School from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their HS Diploma. Following high school, they enrolled at the University of Michigan from 1992 to 1994, where they were part of the Honors College, without specifying a degree name. Later, Kara attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
