Sheila Powell has over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Health Alliance Plan since May 1998, Sheila has developed extensive expertise in account management. Prior experience includes roles as a Marketing Account Manager at OmniCare Health Plan from March 1984 to May 1998, and as a Medicaid Representative at Michigan HMO from 1984 to 1986.
