Toni Frawley

Toni Frawley has a long and diverse work experience. Toni started their career at Maxicare's Independence Healthplan as a Market Analyst, where they conducted market analysis and generated management reports. Toni then moved on to Health Alliance Plan, where they held various positions including Manager, Managed Care Information and Market Research Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing a team, gathering and disseminating market trends, and coordinating product development processes. Toni also worked as the General Manager at the American Business Council of Dubai & the Northern Emirates. Most recently, Toni served as the Director of Sales & Product Program Delivery at Health Alliance Plan, overseeing the design and management of products that support organizational strategies.

Toni Frawley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Northwood University between 1981 and 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Health Services Administration (MSA) from Central Michigan University from 1990 to 1996. Toni also obtained a certification as a New Product Development Professional from the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) in 2007.
