Barnaby Hone

Barnaby Hone is an experienced barrister with a diverse legal background, currently serving at 5 St Andrew's Hill since April 2021. Barnaby holds multiple roles as A Panel Counsel for both the Health and Safety Executive and the Serious Fraud Office (UK), while also acting as a Fee Paid First Tier Tribunal Judge for HM Courts & Tribunals Service since December 2018. Previously, Barnaby worked as a barrister at Drystone Chambers and One Paper Buildings, and provided essential legal advice as an Asset Recovery Adviser for the Crown Prosecution Service, focusing on international asset recovery in the Caribbean. Barnaby's experience includes secondment roles at the Nurse and Midwifery Council and the UKBA Case Presentation Unit. Barnaby earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East Anglia from 2002 to 2005.
