Derek Morgan

Derek Morgan has extensive experience in leadership roles within organizations focused on health and safety. Currently serving as the Head of Department of Data Analytics at the Health and Safety Executive since April 2017, Derek oversees departmental strategy, culture, and all business activities, including Profit & Loss management. Prior to this role, Derek held various leadership positions at the Health and Safety Laboratory from 2004 to March 2017, including Head of Market Insights and Partnerships, where responsibility included developing market-focused offerings and managing their lifecycle. Additional roles encompassed Head of Products, overseeing a sustainable product business, and Head of Mathematical Sciences, responsible for all unit activities and financial management.
