Jen Baines Cmgr McMi

Jen Baines CMgr MCMI currently serves as the G7/B2 BSR lead investigation manager within the professional standards unit at the Health and Safety Executive. Previously, Jen held the position of MSHT Head for London and the South East at the UK Home Office, where the focus was on modern slavery. With a comprehensive background in law enforcement spanning over two decades within the UK Civil Service, roles included positions at the National Crime Agency, Border Force, and the Department for Work and Pensions as a fraud investigator. Jen holds a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the Chartered Management Institute and has also completed a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
