Qintao Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and strategic operations management across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and environmental safety. Currently serving as Managing Partner at PREFUSION LLP and a member of the UK REACH Independent Scientific Expert Pool, Qintao has held leadership roles at prominent organizations such as AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk, Covestro, and the European Commission. With a strong academic background, including an MBA from Henley Business School, a PhD from Sheffield Hallam University, and a BSc from Peking University, Qintao has a proven track record in driving sustainability initiatives, managing complex research projects, and providing expert advice on consumer safety and health risks.
