Rachel Hawkins

Rachel Hawkins is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Coordination Lead and previously as HR Project Manager at the Health and Safety Executive since October 2021. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of HR Business Partner - Resourcing at the UK Infrastructure Bank for a brief period, and served as Senior HR Coordinator at DWP Digital. Rachel's earlier roles include HR Advisor, Employee Relations and Lifecycle Team Leader, and HR Administrator at the College of Policing. Rachel holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD Level 7) from Coventry University and a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Derby, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from The CTC Kingshurst Academy.
