Sarah Albon

Sarah Albon serves as the Chief Executive of the Health and Safety Executive since September 2019 and has also been the Chief Executive Officer at The Insolvency Service since February 2015. In addition, Sarah holds the position of Director of Strategy and Change at HM Courts & Tribunals Service, where responsibilities include developing organization strategy, leading major change programmes, and managing performance, reporting, communications, and customer service teams. Prior to these roles, Sarah worked as the Policy Director for Access to Justice at the UK Ministry of Justice from 2008 to 2011, contributing to significant policy development and implementation. Sarah Albon holds an MSc in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford - Said Business School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leicester.
