Magnus Paulsson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2003, they served in the military as a Ledningssystemplutonsbefäl for 15 months. Following this, they worked as a Lastare at SAS Ground Service Sverige AB from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, Magnus took on a role as a System Administrator at Kommunal while pursuing their university studies.
In 2010, Magnus joined Cygni as a Web Developer before moving to Metro Sverige in 2011. At Metro Sverige, they held multiple roles, including Web Developer, Project Manager/Product Owner, and later CTO. As CTO, Magnus was responsible for the organization's technical matters and managed the development department. Magnus also played a crucial role in the launch of the new Metro platform. Magnus stayed with Metro Sverige until 2017.
From 2017 to 2018, Magnus worked as a CTO at FastOut Int AB, where they led product development and managed the development team. Magnus then joined Health and Sports Nutrition Group AB in 2018 as their CTO. In 2019, Magnus became the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the same company, a position they held until 2021.
Throughout their career, Magnus has demonstrated expertise in product development, technical leadership, project management, and web development using various technologies.
Magnus Paulsson attended Stockholm University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued the Data- och systemvetenskapliga magisterprogrammet. Magnus has not obtained any degree from this program. Magnus also attended IT-Gymnasiet, though the specific years and fields of study are unknown.
In addition to their education, Magnus Paulsson has obtained certifications from the Orkla Group. Magnus completed the Orkla Digital Academy Fundamental Program in February 2022 and the Orkla Strategic Leadership Program in February 2022.
