Bernadette Gatien Lake is an experienced professional with a focus on organizational effectiveness, safety culture, and human factors. Currently serving as the Organizational Effectiveness Specialist and Provincial Manager of HSPnet at Health Association Nova Scotia since April 2012, Bernadette specializes in organizational development, leadership, survey design, and data analysis within the health care sector. As an Independent Consultant since January 2005, key areas of expertise include safety leadership development, organizational change management, and behavioral analysis. Bernadette also imparts knowledge as a Part-Time Professor at Saint Mary's University, teaching various undergraduate and graduate courses related to psychology and organizational behavior. Educational credentials include a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Certificate in Comprehensive Project Management from Saint Mary's University.
