Since its establishment in 2014 based on an Amiri Directive as part of the national development plan (New Kuwait 2035). Health Assurance Hospitals Company (DHAMAN) is the first Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) healthcare organization in the Middle East and the first company in the Gulf to offers its services based on the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) model.
