Health Builders
Frank Mwale is an accomplished IT and communications specialist currently working at Health Builders since July 2023, responsible for installing and maintaining systems, hardware, and networks. Previously, Frank served as a Software Project Officer at Health Builders, focusing on adapting and digitizing health center performance evaluation tools. In addition, Frank was a Global Health Corps Fellow for the 2023-2024 term, contributing to the global movement for health equity. From October 2021 to July 2023, Frank worked as a Software Engineer at infinit-mw, where responsibilities included debugging and maintaining the Kaizen web application and developing both the Nthanda ECD and Kaizen Android apps. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from Mzuzu University (2018-2021) and an Advanced Diploma in Computing and Information Systems from Chancellor College (UNIMA) (2016-2017).

Health Builders
Since 2007, Health Builders has been an active partner of the local and national governments in Rwanda, helping to build health systems capacity so all Rwandans have access to quality health care. Health Builders focuses on three rural districts in Rwanda serving more than 1 million people. Our headquarters in Kigali allows staff to easily move between districts while also ensuring that leadership can meet regularly with the Ministry of Health and other governmental and non-governmental partners.
