Alexa Goodwin

Alexa Goodwin is a seasoned professional in patient relations and healthcare communications, currently serving as the Patient Relations & Communications Manager at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County since September 2020. Prior roles include Patient Experience & Relations Manager and Patient Relations Manager at the same organization. Prior to that, Alexa worked as a Patient Experience Advocate at Bethesda Health and held various positions at Fun Depot, including Human Resources Manager. Additional experience includes an internship as a Practice Manager Intern at Orlando Health and as a HIM Intern at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Alexa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration and a Minor in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from the University of Central Florida, completed in 2019.
