Cherri Hamlin

Cherri Hamlin, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Learning & Organizational Development Specialist at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, where responsibilities include coordinating initiatives for management, leadership, and technology development, as well as enhancing clinical and employee performance through research and implementation of training methods. Previously, Cherri held the role of Learning & Organizational Development Specialist, focusing on strategic employee development programs. With experience at Holland & Hart LLP as a Training Coordinator & Trainer, Cherri provided training across all firm personnel, developed instructional materials, and maintained the Learning Management System. Earlier roles at Safeway included Human Resources Generalist and District Training Advisor, where Cherri managed training programs and facilitated system implementations. Cherri holds a Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from the University of Northern Colorado.
