Health Care for the Homeless
Yael Ben-Chaim, LMSW, is a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist at Health Care for the Homeless since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute for Innovation and Implementation, where responsibilities encompassed candidate recruitment and data management, and a Clinical Social Work Intern at Total Health Care, Inc., providing diagnostic and psychotherapeutic services. Previous internships at Baltimore City Public Schools focused on counseling and attendance interventions, while volunteer experience includes organizing advocacy initiatives and managing volunteer programs at Project PLASE, Inc. Education includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies and Public Health from Goucher College.
