Frank McStay

Frank McStay is a Senior Policy Advisor at Baylor Scott & White Health. Frank has held this position since September 2016. Prior to that, they were a Senior Researcher at Duke University from January to August 2016. Frank has also worked as a Senior Research Assistant at The Brookings Institution from May 2014 to January 2016, and as an Intern for Public Policy at the New York State Association of Health Care Providers from August 2013 to May 2014. In their current role, Frank advises on policy issues related to health care and the Medicaid system. Frank also drafts plain language policy summaries to assist health providers in compliance and business decision making.

Frank McStay has a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the University at Albany, SUNY in Analytic Methods and Health Policy. Frank also has a Bachelor of Arts from Austin College where they majored in International Relations and minored in German and Leadership.
