Scott Kirschner

Scott Kirschner is currently an advisor at Health Care Originals. Prior to this, they worked as a global benefits leader at SS&C Technologies from October 2019 to December 2020 on a contract basis.

During their time at SS&C, Kirschner was responsible for finalizing and overseeing Open Enrollment in the US for 2020 and 2021, as well as actively participating in the acquisition of a business unit divested by IBM with employees and operations in 24 countries, including 8 new countries for the company. Scott was also involved in 9 other small to midsize acquisitions in US, Canada, Mexico, Singapore and Brazil.

In addition to their work with acquisitions, Kirschner also stabilized a team of 8 people spread across 4 cities, implemented a new paid primary caregiver leave policy, worked on improvements to the Canadian RRSP plan, obtained and implemented group coverage in Mexico, advised on benefits search and implementation in Australia, Singapore and South Korea, and designed and implemented a global Flexible Time Off/Unlimited Paid Time Off policy.

Scott Kirschner graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, and a minor in Art Theirtory. Scott then attended Harvard-Westlake School.
