Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern is the community mental health and developmental services agency for Windsor and Windham Counties of Vermont. Founded in 1967, the non-profit agency serves over 4,000 individuals annually through its key programs for mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities.
