Jon Morgan is an experienced mental health and substance abuse professional, currently serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Health Care Resource Centers since July 2022, where responsibilities include providing counseling and case management services to a caseload of 50 patients. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Behavioral Health Service Coordinator at Point32Health and a Behavioral Health Service Coordinator at Tufts Health Plan, focusing on benefit coverage for mental health and substance use services. Additional experience encompasses serving as a Mental Health Technician at Westwood Lodge Hospital and as a Residential Counselor at Vinfen Corporation, where Jon developed action plans and managed residents’ budgets. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Health Care Resource Centers ("HCRC"), formerly known as Community Substance Abuse Centers, is a very well-established company which provides integrated medical and counseling approaches grounded in an individualized recovery-oriented philosophy that treats addiction as a bio-psychosocial disease. These services include pharmacological treatment with methadone and other medications in combination with individual and group counseling sessions. Treatment is driven by individualized objective goals. HIV/AIDS screening, education, and counseling services are provided for all patients. Our philosophy of care recognizes addiction as a primary disease, emphasizes the need for compassion, and encourages a drug-free lifestyle.
