Kimberly Suprenant has a diverse work experience history. Kimberly started their career in 2012 as a Residential Counselor at Cutchins Programs for Children and Families, Inc., where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined the University of Massachusetts Amherst as a Caterer for a year. At the same time, they began working at Community Staffing Solutions, Inc. as a Temporary Associate and Office Temporary, and later became a Catering Barista. In 2019, Kimberly joined Gandara Center as a Residential Counselor in the LGBTQ House, and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Patient Care Technician at Health Care Resource Centers.

Kimberly Suprenant attended Amherst Regional High School for their high school education. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Westfield State University in 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology in 2011. In 2017, they returned to Westfield State University to pursue a certification, but no specific field of study was provided.
