Sandra Rosendahl

Sandra Rosendahl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sandra started their career as a Fachbereichsleitung at Pflegeschule Schwarzwald-Baarklinikum Villingen, where they were responsible for implementing curriculum and conducting classes in various nursing areas. Sandra also managed tasks such as recruiting and coordinating student placements. After this role, Sandra joined Gesellschaft für Patientenhilfe as the Leitung Personalentwicklung, where they oversaw personnel development. Sandra then transitioned to Alere, Inc. as an HR Business Partner EME and later became the HR lead DACH EME. In these roles, they handled HR activities and supported the business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Sandra then joined Gesellschaft für Patientenhilfe as the Direktorin HR & Operations, where they served as the director of HR and operations. Their latest position was at Health Care Systems GmbH as the Leiterin Personal & Operatives (COO), where they held a leadership role in HR and operations.

Sandra Rosendahl earned a Diplom-Pädagogin degree in Betriebs- und Führungspädagogik from the University of Koblenz and Landau from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they received training as a Lehrerin für Pflegeberufe at Schule Witte from 2002 to 2005.
