Richard Lipeles

Richard Lipeles is the current Director at Health Care Transformation Task Force. Richard has also served as a Health Insurance Specialist and Project Officer for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, as well as a Graduate Student Instructor at both the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, and the University of Michigan School of Public Health. In addition, they were a Community Benefit Reporting Intern at the University of Michigan Health System and a Health Policy & Data Analytics Fellow at the Center for Healthcare Research & Transformation.

Richard Lipeles has a Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Biological Anthropology from the University of Michigan.
