Katy Cushman, MPH, currently serves as the Vice President for East Coast operations at Health Career Connection, a non-profit organization aimed at enhancing diversity in health professions through paid summer internships for under-represented college students. With extensive experience in health policy and insurance, Katy previously held the position of President at Cushman Insurance Solutions, where long term care insurance was sold across multiple states. Katy's career also includes a role as Senior Health Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Division of Insurance, contributing to health policy formulation and delivering numerous presentations on health insurance issues. Katy holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Classics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
