Previously, Vicky held various roles at Justine Sherman & Associates, Inc., including Customer Service Specialist and Client Service Coordinator, where responsibilities included operations management, HR support, and training development. Vicky's experience also encompasses leadership positions in pediatric and dental clinics, specializing in insurance verification, customer service, and electronic health records. Vicky holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Riverside.
