James Chandler

Jim Chandler co-founded Onyx M.D. with Dr. Robert Moghim, an anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician, in June 2005. Jim has many years of experience in various finance, operations, and executive roles across multiple industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, and eCommerce. He earned a BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver and has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Jim is an active member of CFA Institute, which advocates for leadership within the investment profession by setting the highest standards for ethics, education and professional excellence.

Since joining the Health Carousel family of brands, Jim's primary responsibility continues to be executing Onyx’s business plan with a focus on strategic planning, financial analysis, data analytics, business development, and systems improvement. While away from the office, you will most likely find him spending time with his wife and two sons, working on philanthropic projects, coaching, golfing, fishing, snow skiing or attending local sporting events.
