Michael McKee

Mike has over 20 years of financial leadership experience across multiple industries, including FMCG, CPG, Consulting and Health Care Staffing. Prior to joining Health Carousel, Mike was a finance consultant specializing in Process and Reporting optimization, Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis and Enterprise Risk Management. Earlier in his career, Mike worked at Procter & Gamble, where he spent time across the enterprise including serving as the regional CFO for the North America Hair Color division, Plant Finance Manager for one of company’s largest manufacturing plants, Internal Auditing, Distribution and Cost analysis, leading various systems upgrades and implementations and helping establish the Global Business Unit Financial Shared Services operations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Drake University and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University. He has earned several professional designations, including CPA, CIA, CRMA, CMA, CFM, and CGMA and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.

In Mike’s role as the VP – Financial Shared Services, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s Budgeting & Forecast process, financial operations (provider support & pay, billing, credit & collections) and operational & board reporting. Mike is a strong advocate for leveraging strategic financial analytics to lead change and drive operational excellence across the enterprise and works with the executive leadership team to achieve these goals.
