Nick Amorini has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Nick began their career at The Midland Company, where they were involved in youth development as part of the JoLo Holdings team. After two years as an athlete, they transitioned to a part-time employee, assisting management and coaching staff and overseeing practices.

Nick then moved on to Talbert House, where they worked as an Intensive Case Manager and Team Lead. In this role, they supported coworkers in handling challenging cases, liaised with various government and human services agencies, healthcare providers, and community groups, and received recognition as Case Manager of the Month twice.

Amorini then joined Clermont County, Ohio -- Government as a Probation Officer in the Electronic Monitoring Department. Their responsibilities included overseeing adult offenders on house arrest and monitoring individuals on Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM). Nick also played a key role in improving safety and fiscal outcomes for the county and contributed to a high success rate for individuals placed on house arrest through the Jail Diversion program.

Subsequently, Amorini gained experience in the healthcare industry as a Mental Health Specialist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Nick provided therapeutic support to children with various diagnoses and demonstrated exceptional performance, leading to a promotion to a higher level of care.

Currently, Amorini is with Health Carousel, where they have held various positions. Nick started as a Recruiter with Tailored Healthcare Staffing, a division of Health Carousel, providing workforce development solutions to healthcare facilities and systems. Nick then advanced to roles such as Recruiting Team Lead, Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiting Manager, and currently serves as the Associate Director of Account Management.
