Timothy Kouble

Timothy began his healthcare staffing career in 2001, joining a rapidly growing healthcare management company as a Medical Staff Recruiting Manager across multiple hospitals in the Boston area.

In 2003, Timothy joined the Senior Management team at Onward Healthcare. At that time, OH was an aggressive start-up that received $50M in funding from Welsh Carson Anderson Stowe – the preeminent private equity firm in the healthcare industry and quickly tuned into one of the fastest growing healthcare staffing companies in the nation. Timothy was responsible for building the Allied Health and Physician services divisions.

Timothy has since founded MEDPATH PARTNERS in 2012, which was acquired by Health Carousel on February 1st, 2021.

MEDPATH is a Physician workforce management company that partners strategically with healthcare organizations to help them meet their talent acquisition goals, capture growth opportunities, and improve patient care.

Timothy has helped build some of the largest medical groups in the country and is passionate about designing creative workforce solutions to help hospitals execute and ultimately save lives!

Timothy is a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR) and Fellow, Medical Staff Development (FMSD) from the American Academy of Medical Management.

In his spare time, Timothy loves spending time with his family and his dog “Boston”.
