Gareth Davies has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gareth currently holds the position of Director of Group Business Operations at HCML Rehabilitation Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Treatment Services at the same company. Before joining HCML, Gareth served as the Head of Operations at The HR Dept, where they oversaw service delivery to franchisees and staff members. Gareth also has experience as an Operations Director at Innovate Healthcare Management Group, where they were responsible for operational and financial performance. Additionally, Gareth worked as an Operations Manager at The Treatment Network, where they managed service delivery, staff, targets, and suppliers. Gareth began their career as a Team Manager at TRG Europe, overseeing contact center operations for clients in various industries. Gareth also has experience as a New Business Developer at LDPA Credit Insurance, where they handled the entire new business process.
Gareth Davies attended Backwell School from 1990 to 1997, without completing any specific degree or field of study. Gareth then went on to study History and Politics at De Montfort University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in said field.
