Molly Sells

Molly Sells is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Principal Analytics Engineer and Business Intelligence Lead at Health Catalyst, Molly develops tools that provide actionable insights while also training a team of business intelligence developers. Previously, in the role of Analytics Director, Molly led a team in delivering analytic solutions and facilitated communication between customer leaders and project teams. Earlier experiences include roles as a Data Analyst at Allina Health, Senior Decision Support Analyst at HealthEast Care System, Membership Coordinator and Data Analyst at the Minnesota Medical Association, and Project Coordinator at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University and an Associate of Arts degree from Bemidji State University.
