Justin Oyler

Justin Oyler, LCSW has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and healthcare administration. Justin is currently working as Vice President of Clinical Affairs at the North Carolina Community Health Center Association and also holds the position of Director of Behavioral Health. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Mental Health Therapist at Path. Justin has also served as a Provider Quality Manager at Beacon Health Options, where they were responsible for implementing quality change initiatives and developing a measurement-based care program. Justin founded their own company, Catalyst Coaching & Consulting, where they addressed organizational problems and developed innovative employee assistance solutions. Justin also has experience working as a Manager of Transitional Care at Community Health Innovations, facilitating seamless healthcare continuity and improving program performance. Justin has worked with the Veteran Administration as a HUD-VASH facilitator, assisting homeless veterans and their families. Additionally, they have worked as an Associate Consultant at Impact Foundry, overseeing organizational assessments and strategic planning, and as an Emergency Medical Technician at American Medical Response. Justin's early career included working as a Mental Health Specialist II at San Joaquin General Hospital, where they provided interventions to individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders.
