Lauren Lowery

Lauren Lowery has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lauren worked as the Director of Operations for the Carolina Medical Home Network (CMHN) at the North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA) from 2014 until the present. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CMHN department and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and refine operational priorities and strategies. Lauren also had a role as the Network Development Manager at NCCHCA, where they supported FQHCs in utilizing health information technology and advancing value-based care. Prior to their time at NCCHCA, Lauren served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at East Carolina University from 2013 to 2014.

Lauren Lowery holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Lauren then pursued their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Analysis and Management from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, completing it in 2014. In the same year, they also received a Community Health Center Administration Certificate from East Carolina University.
