Rebekah Brooks has a diverse work experience starting in 1999 as a Registered Nurse - ICU at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital in Bermuda. Rebekah then worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at The Caymans Islands Health Services from 2000 to 2005. In 2006, they became the Practice Manager at The Children's Clinic in Cayman. Rebekah later joined Baptist Health South Florida in 2014 as a Country Manager and became the Managing Director (BHI Cayman Islands) in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Marketing at Health City Cayman Islands, starting in 2022.

Rebekah Brooks earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Leeds Beckett University between 1993 and 1997.
