Susan Bettencourt, RN, CPHIMS, CHC has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Susan started their career in 1997 as a District Director of Utilization Services at Kindred Healthcare and held this role until 2003. From 2003 to 2017, they worked at Health Concepts, Ltd as a Clinical Software Educator & Medical Review Specialist. In 2014, they joined Health Concepts LTD as the Chief Compliance Officer. Currently, Susan is serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Health Concepts, Ltd since 2022.

Susan Bettencourt, RN, CPHIMS, CHC obtained their nursing education from St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing. Susan attended the school from 1989 to 1992 and graduated with a Nursing Diploma. Their primary field of study during this period was nursing.
