Carola Endicott

Vice President, Customer Engagement And Marketing at Health Data Analytics Institute (HDAI)

Carola Endicott has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carola began their career at Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary in 1987 as the Director of Employment and Training. Carola then joined Tufts Medical Center in 1990 and held various HR management roles before becoming the VP of Clinical Support Services. During their time at Tufts, they oversaw strategic, operational, and financial aspects of clinical service lines and services, managing a budget of $150M. In 2004, they joined WaveMark as the VP of Hospital Services, where they built out the business and technical approach to serve hospital customers and designed applications for Cath Labs. In 2013, WaveMark was acquired by Cardinal Health, and Carola became the Senior VP of Operations and Services, responsible for creating strategies and managing customer experiences. Carola later served as the VP of Services and Operations, bringing revenue recognition and customer services globally. Carola'smost recent role is with the Health Data Analytics Institute, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Customer Engagement.

Carola Endicott has a strong educational background in the field of education and political science. From 1985 to 1986, they attended the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where they obtained an EdM degree in Organizational Development. Prior to that, from 1976 to 1980, they studied at Middlebury College, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government.
