Leonid Khudisman

Leonid Khudisman has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Leonid started their career at Avnet in 1995 as the Programming Center 2nd Shift Manager. Leonid then moved on to work at Comverse from 2000 to 2006 as a Sr. QA Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented testing procedures for various products.

Following that, Khudisman worked at Helium, Inc. from 2006 to 2010 as the Operations Manager (QA), where they designed and implemented the production setup architecture and led the onshore/offshore QA team. Leonid then joined Avenue100 Media Solutions, Inc. in 2010 as the QA Manager, where they implemented an Agile methodology for QA and software testing and designed the QA Test Plan.

From 2012 to 2014, Khudisman worked at SilkRoad technology as a QA professional, responsible for designing and implementing QA and development lab architecture. Leonid then joined OneCloud Software as the Principal Software Engineer in Test from 2014 to 2016, leading the implementation of CI/CD environment and developing automation frameworks using Python.

From 2016 to 2018, Khudisman worked at Cimpress as the Digital Quality Manager, managing a global team and achieving IT SOX and PCI compliance for the Digital product suite. Leonid then joined Runkeeper (ASICS Digital) in 2018 as the Director of Quality Assurance, establishing and managing a global team and emphasizing automation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Currently, Khudisman serves as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance at the Health Data Analytics Institute since 2021. Overall, they have a strong background in QA and software testing, with experience in team management, automation, and process improvement.

Leonid Khudisman obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Salem State University between 1994 and 2000. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems at the University of Phoenix. In 2016, Leonid completed a certificate program in Computer and Information Systems Security, specifically in Information Assurance, at OWASP Boston PWAPT Training (Developer Edition).
