Romanus M. Joseph PhD(c), MBA, MSN, RN has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Romanus M. is currently serving as the Director of Care Management Advisory Services at the Health Data Analytics Institute since July 2022. Prior to this, Romanus worked at AdventHealth as the Director of Care Management from July 2020 to July 2022.

Romanus M. also held managerial positions at Mission Health Coordinated Care - MSSP ACO and CIN as a Manager from March 2019 to July 2020, and at St. Joseph's Health as the Manager of Clinical Transformation from February 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, they served as the Population Health Care Coordinator from June 2016 to February 2019 and as a Nurse Care Manager from November 2014 to May 2016 at St. Joseph's Health.

In 2015 to 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Health Informatics from Grand Canyon University. Before that, from 2014 to 2015, Romanus completed a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, also at Grand Canyon University. Their education journey began at Holy Name Medical Center School of Nursing, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from 2003 to 2005.
