Lori Kmetz Southgate, CSP, is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with extensive experience in healthcare staffing and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Health Dimensions Group since November 2020, Kmetz has previously held roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist at HDG, HealthCare Sales and New Business Development Specialist, Client Delivery Manager for a healthcare start-up, and Branch Manager for Adecco General Staffing. Kmetz's leadership expertise includes coaching teams in recruitment, sales, and customer service across various organizations. Kmetz holds a Bachelor's of Science in Human Ecology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Minnesota Duluth, supplemented by a certificate from the University of St. Thomas.
