Sarah Friede

Sarah Friede has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as an Administrative Intern at Wayzata Children's Clinic. Sarah then joined Brookdale Senior Living in 2008 and held roles as a Business Coordinator, Business & HR Manager, and Executive Director. In 2012, they transitioned to Brookdale, where they served as an Associate Executive Director until 2017. After that, Sarah joined Health Dimensions Group, where they held various positions, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Consultant, Director of Recruitment Services/Executive Recruiter, Senior Director Recruitment and Placement Services, and Vice President of Recruitment Services. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Recruitment Services at Health Dimensions Group. Throughout their career, Sarah has gained expertise in recruitment, business development, talent acquisition, and leadership roles.

Sarah Friede attended The College of St. Scholastica from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Administration. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Health Care Management.
