Suzanne Cohen

Suzanne Cohen, Senior Director of Population Health at Health Federation of Philadelphia since August 2007, leads efforts in health care transformation, health information technology, and quality improvement for a network of federally qualified/community health centers. As Director of Member Services and Public Affairs, Suzanne manages projects on Health Information Technology and Access to Care. Previously, Suzanne served as Vice President for Public Affairs at Planned Parenthood of Delaware. Suzanne holds an MPH in Maternal and Child Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Latin American Studies from Wesleyan University.
